History:
Sports have always been a big part of my life, I played as many sports as possible growing up including dance, lacrosse, soccer, ringette, and many more. I fell in love with rugby at the age of 14 and have been playing ever since. Now I’m involved with coaching both high school and club teams from u9 to u18s. Some of my favorite memories growing up involve sports and my teammates who have turned into my best friends. While in university my love for sports turned into a love for all things physical activity and health. I decided I wanted to help teach others about physical activity and health by becoming a personal trainer.
Outside of sports, I have a passion for traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors. I have been to 17+ countries so far and plan on making that many more in the future.
Trainee Type:
Anyone looking to get more active and improve their lives. With a passion for helping younger females stay active and build their confidence both inside the gym and out.
Training Philosophy:
Fitness should fit your life no matter what season of life you are in and should help make your everyday life easier. Focusing on the little things and taking it one step at a time to remain consistent and motivated is my motto.
Favourite Exercise:
Definitely the deadlift. Romanian deadlifts will always have a special place in my heart and training. Being able to pick up something heavy will always make me feel good even on the toughest days.
