This HIIT (high intensity interval training) class uses structured and foundational whole body exercises with specific rest periods in an effort to MAXIMIZE calorie burn and INCREASE metabolic rate during and after the workout!

Metabolic Training is an EFFICIENT and EFFECTIVE way to:  
 
1) Improve cardiovascular conditioning
2) Improve hormonal response (the good kind!)
3) Boost your metabolism during and after training
 
You will have an opportunity to use fun and challenging fitness toys including sled, battling ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, VersaClimber, Jacob's Ladder, Ski Erg, and of course......your own bodyweight!!

We will work on foundational strength movements (squat, deadlift, pull, push and loaded carries) and variations of those movements. 
 
Exercises will be tailored to your abilities and biomechanics.

Wondering if you might benefit from increased hip mobility The answer is yes!
 
Increased hip mobility can reduce lower limb pain, create ease in everyday movements, improve athletic performance and reduce the chances of injury. 

This movement based class run by Certified Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Specialist, Kristen Hansen, will use a unique blend of FRC training principles and self myofascial release techniques to increase your hip mobility and range of motion, but also strengthen you through ranges of motion to ensure you're injury proof!

Remember, mobility is as important as other training components, and can even improve your strength training game.

This class is open to ALL fitness levels.

This HIIT (high intensity interval training) class uses structured and foundational whole body exercises with specific rest periods in an effort to MAXIMIZE calorie burn and INCREASE metabolic rate during and after the workout!

Metabolic Training is an EFFICIENT and EFFECTIVE way to:  
 
1) Improve cardiovascular conditioning
2) Improve hormonal response (the good kind!)
3) Boost your metabolism during and after training
 
You will have an opportunity to use fun and challenging fitness toys including sled, battling ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, VersaClimber, Jacob's Ladder, Ski Erg, and of course......your own bodyweight!!
